Other Varieties (which may or may not be correct for the jeep): These five wrenches should appear as a set. They would have been supplied by a tool manufacturer from current stock, so they would all look similar. Two clues to look for when trying to find these tools are:
1. The size combinations are unusual, for example: 9/16 & 11/16,
2. The "numbers" stamped on one end of each wrench, see above list.
I have seen three varieties of VLCHEK wrenches that meet the above criteria. All tools have a similar sequence of markings. One side of the wrench has the sizes on each end. The opposite side of the wrench has the "number" on one end, on the opposite end is manufacturer name.
Variety 1. ALLOY STEEL / VLCHEK.
Variety 2. CHROME MOLYBDENUM / VLCHEK.
Variety 3. VLCHEK.
I have a wrench made by BARCALO BUFFALO U.S.A. that meets the above criteria and has a raised area on the handle of the wrench reminiscent of the illustration in ORD -7. I also have a wrench that meets the above criteria labeled DURO-CHROME/ FORGED IN U.S.A. with the "number" listed as "G1025".
