GPW 212405

The hood number is original. Found under 9 (on the olive drab) coats of paint, carefully removed layer by layer looking for Army Star - only to find a Navy Jeep. So she went back Navy. Coat 8 was Pearl Harbor Gray, Coat 7 was a lighter gray with "For Official Use Only" on the side near the step, and either the #30 or 80 on the cowling. Coat 6 was white, 5 was a silver white, 4 & 3 were various shades of green, 2 was a primer, and the top coat, was bright orange (Deer hunting jeep). Weight is unknown - I haven't got around to that yet.
