When I purchased this Ford GPW it had been sitting in a garage untouched for over 30 years. Previous owner used it around their family's apple orchard. It had a locked up L134 motor when I got it. I've since swapped in another L134 from a '51 Willys. Tranny was also swapped out for a T90 sometime in the past. Body is "skinned" with sheet metal, but the original tub is under it (except for most of the floor). I've had many Jeeps, but this is my first vintage model. Its been fun learning about the GPW/MB's history. I look forward to the long road to restoration.
