Purchased from an old fellow that used it as his hunting Jeep. I am retiring in November of 2009, and plan on doing a total restoration. My Father was in the Army during WW2 and my Mother tells me he mentioned driving a Jeep over there. After his tour of duty, in late 1949, he was working on a canal construction project and was driving one of these Jeeps in California and the tow bar fell down and flipped the Jeep over, killing both him and his boss. Nothing to do with the War. I was 15 days old at the time. So this labor of restoration will be dedicated to my Father, whom I never knew. SAM
