Purchased in May of 2008 from an owner in Seattle who said it had been on the west coast for at least 40 years. Claims it underwent a frame-off 3 years ago. Original hood numbers were sand blasted off. Body was too far gone for my skills or patience, so a Bemak repro body was used. So far, brakes, hubs/bearings, transmission, steering, exhaust, canvas, fuel & electrical systems restored/renewed/replaced. Lot's of new stuff to buy since it had been an off-road buggy for years with little military hardware left. Became drivable in fall of 2009, though project is on-going.
