This Jeep was released from Greek service on 04/06/1982. The frame has the original serial number tag intact. The body (late composite), engine, transmission and transfer case are Ford. Many of the parts are "F" marked. The engine was rebuilt at Karlsfeld Ordnance Depot (BMW) on 28-12-1950. The engine also has a Greek rebuild tag. Included with this Jeep is a maintenance record book from the Greek Army. The book outlines all service performed on the Jeep while serving Greek army. The Greeks rebuilt the Jeep in 1967 and when released from their service had 250 miles on it. The Greek Army wrapped the electrical, canvas, fuel system and hoses with preservative cloth.
