This is GPW#78169 w/5 combat rims & ndt's. This jeep has 2 coats of house paint that has protected it from rusting away. I'm Slowly taking parts off and cleaning them and one day hopefuly It'll be restored. |

1942 Gpw 78169. Hood # is 20185891 after much research. Most of the jeep is intact with minor rust at the gas tank sump. Most of the body & frame cleans up with a wire brush and stripper. The engine still has the gray paint on it if you clean eneogh dirt & surface rust. It has been converted to a 12v system. As always it's work, work, work to get back to good condition. |
