GPW 195751
My GPW was purchased by my grandfather in 1976 for $800. It was used as his camp vehicle. I acquired it from my aunt recently. I am anxiously anticipating a full restoration back to it's military glory. I intend to keep it as a family heirloom, and use it as a parade / show piece. My grandfather was a Staff Sergeant in the Army during WWII and participated in the Battle of Remagen. I'll attempt to place the GWP into conditions reflecting the unit he served at that time.
