I updated my information... seems I contacted Steve 2 years ago and forgot to include his info. I also found the frame number for body 2161.

Remember Navy contract NXss 17083 is dated 3 November 1942 for 1990 radio jeeps including both the NOM-12 (1400 est.) and the later MZ-1(590 est.).
Now that I see 214583 is confirmed by photos the other one on the serial number list, Peter Sliskovich MB-214649 fits right beside it. We have a pair at the end of January, end of February, May and October. I don't think we have enough information to consider the body numbers in progression with the frame numbers as 3088 and 4092 have frame numbers only 179 apart and some May jeeps between them.

We are dealing with a very small group of bodies over a large range of frames and it kind of skews the data.
