Crossover Tube

Hi, does the early ford with AC filter use the std crossover tube ?
if there is a difference, does anyone have any pictures or information available please

Howard, the AC pancake aircleaner used a cross overtube without tube for the active cranckase ventilation system.
It has a higher feet as the Tube must fit with the special airhorn from the pancacke aircleaner.

crossover tube height

My 2/42 gpw has the original filter, crossover tube. I don't understand why it looks as if the crossover tube is too high for the filter. Is this normal? They must have used a flex hose to connect the filter horn to the crossover tube looks to be 3/4 in height difference
