There's a business in Albuquerque that deals with guns/knifes and other things. I don't recall the name but the owner had a mutt w/trailer for sale. At the time I thought he was asking to much but realized it would have been a good deal. He may still have it

Doc,
I know the feeling about being the sole mutt owner in an area. I don't think there is anyone else in the state of Montana.

Doc,

The biggest problem I see is even being able to spell the place. This has always been the problem with, ... well, you know, ... the place you're talking about. I once knew a guy who moved from NJ to Albu... Albuquirky.... Elbowquirky...

Hell, ...anyway, he got out there and he loved the place. Sent me lots of post cards too... great pictures even... a really nice climate out there too and all..., but I never could send him a letter back 'cause it was so dammed hard to spell the place. Even now, as I'm looking at the spelling, it still throws me.

Change the name and plenty of people will move there and bring their M151's too.

Bob Thats funny: Yes, Albuquerque is the first thing you need to learn to spell when you move here. And hooked on phonics wont work in this case. I just use "Abq"

I will drive my restored A1 to the Roadrunner Convoy MV Club meeting this SUNDAY morning at 9 a.m. at the Courtyard by Marriot just south of Paseo Del Norte, west of I-25. Monthly meeting, consider this an invitation!
Gary, newsletter editor has a M151 straight that I sold him and he worked on.
Jerry, club member has an M151A2 with hard top and newly removed fording kit.
Stop by my shop in the North Valley (109 Mountain Park NW) on Sat morning around 10 a.m. and see my armor collection!
DaninNM try 'burkee', ABQ, everyone here answers to whatever!
269-2056

picture was just before I finished the project...now it has radios, antennas, the other headlight, and the markings! I have a camoed M416 trailer and a radio trailer I can tow with it.
