I was thinking of trading in my H1 for this and some change! whatda think?, and with the change I can buy some tampons, a purse, and a skirt to wear in my new ride!!!

On another note: I did, in fact, consider buying an Alley Cat back in the late 90's when HMMWVs were not too plentiful, I know the manuf. well and seriously considered it, they dont look as bad as this thing does though!

Well Austin, at least you were looking for something like a Humvee. I was almost about to plunk down some money on the last Bennett Automotive Cobra frame. He was located in Hayward, Ca. and I took a ride over there and he showed my the last frame he had that was not under assy. It was hanging from the rafters and the guy who owned it paid for it five years earlier and then never showed up again. It was the only cobra replica frame that I liked. I think it was better than the original frames as it was space frame type design. It looked like an indy or F1 Car when viewed from above or below. Luckily I thought that the Humvee had an equally interesting frame and more interesting suspension design. I guess the thought of having another Ford engine and transmission in one of my cars is what slowed me down long enough to find out about the Humvee Auction just in time. :D
