I found this tucked away in my garage. I "think" it's for a slat. If so, early or late?

I think this was very late Slat Gril to early post-Slat Grill. Looks like it's missing the bolt on piece?

but it has the holes for the bolt on piece.
that makes it A-1253 with A-5415 missing,
