For sale is a pair of BC611 Handie Talkies from WW2. They are in excellent condition, but missing the data plates (replacements are available on this site ) They include the original carry straps. The internals look good. The antennas are intact,but one of the glass insulators is cracked. One of the top covers to the radios has a wrinkled finish top cover, but it matches well. They have the anti mildew stamps on them and other original writing on the side. These radios are getting hard to come by, some are going for well over $350.00 each. These 1950's reconditioned radios had either French or Italian though you can find them with Yugoslav,Greek and Japanese data plates.These were reconditioned for friendly foreign governments in the 50's .The Italians , French and others replaced the US data plates with their own.
