Sir, the fuse itself is original 40s manufacture. The Spoon is the repro part. It will accept a spring and plunger. I did not make these.

The fake is on the left, the narrower front end results is a noticeable gap between the spoon and fuze when the ring is attached.

Yes your right and there are other signs on these that give it away. A batch came from England a few years ago sold as original but the features gave them away as good repos.

Let me say..Im not saying Scott's are repos...even if they are his prices are great and worth every penny. Its the reason I have requested pics with spoon removed to see if they are or not.
