I've got a helmet hardtop i took off my truck for FREE. I can also include the SMA roof rack for $600.

The top has both aluminum toolboxes, new lifts on the rear door and the entire inside is coated with sprayon bed liner. It's in pretty decent shape but some areas are rough and need sanding. No Shipping! way too big/heavy to deal with that. located in Moorpark, CA.

Would also be willing to trade up or down for HMMWV or other useful/fun stuff (mile marker winch, Mil trailer, spares, or AR/.223 stuff, etc)

Bump- Hardtop is now FREE (rack is still for sale)

If no one comes to get the top soon I'm going to have to throw it away as it's taking up way too much room in my shop. (the rack i'll just keep as it doesn't take up much room on it's side).

I hate to throw this top away, seems like such a waste. I hope someone buys the top and rack for $600 as the mounting brackets are made for it and it's ready to go.

If i can't get rid of it in a week or two it's getting cut up and thrown away...please save the top

if the tool boxes are aluminum, you can get some scrap money for those.
or, get a few 2x4s and hang the top from the roof of garage or barn.

when i took my helmet top off i stood it up on the back door and leaned it up against the back of my shop. it didn't take up much room at all. i wouldn't throw it away. it may be ugly but it works well for what it is; a hard roof with no leaks and 2 storage compartments.

Sorry that's a long drive that i don't plan on making any time soon.

It looks like I might have a buyer for the set (top and rack) so hopefully that'll go thru. I'd hate to seperate them since it took a bit of work to make up the custom brackets, etc. Apart from that I think Greg might be interested and he's pretty local, but i wouldn't know that till the weekend.

Just incase the sale dosen't go through, you could use the Helmet Top to make your own airboat.
