WTB antenna wire W-128

Hello

I'm looking for antenna wire W-128 as to complete radio installation on my Willys. Where I can found it ?
One friend of mine suggest to use spark plug wire, similar but smaller. could be correct ??

Something else that used to be widely available........... :| :| :| :|
W-128 wire is 3/8" (9.5mm) in diameter across it's 'rubber' insulation and carrys a thin copper core of 1/16" diameter. It is a semi-gloss black in colour and Spark Plug cable would do the same job. Unless someone knew the dimensions or had some original wire, it would pass inspection.

Your reply seems to confirm me that original wire W-128 begins to be difficult to find.

I have w-128 wire NOS WWII good condition 2.00 a foot
How many feet do you need

Willy thank you for your offer, but I've received this morning another offer from France, price are a bit more expensive, 10 Euro per meter but it's easier for me....less shipping costs, no customs fees.

Hello Willy,

I need W-128 as well. How many feets do I need for instalation SCR -694 according TM 11-2715? I think there is written 10 feets...?
Further more I am looking for antena base Orig. WWII , MP-65. Do you know anything?

Yes,
Firt the US goverment has dim vieuw off hipping radio material to foreign countrys
Second I do not have a way to monitor shipping so I will not know if you did, or not get the stuff.
