Awesome guys!

I got a few new ones with measurements from Tapper so I will add them to the collection shortly. One is a large triangle and the second is the square B model but with a large K on the left and right sides.

Willy
As well as others
Go to Berkely Stamp Company on University Ave in Berzerkly. They may have the orange ink stamp pad you all are looking for. They have made several stamps for me for the BA-41 Batterys and other stamps and seem to know what is really needed for a restoration. JUST tell them it is for a WWII item. It will make a diff.
Cheers

OK, I've got a question about the COLOR of the stamp. Like all of you, I've got originals with an orangeish yellowish stamp mark. Do you think these were orignally that color or were they yellow and faded/stained to the orange color? My thoughts are that it was orignally yellow and the mark has aged to the color we see now. Opinions? Tom Campbell

Reddish-orange with very little, if any, fading. NOS units show reddish-orange. Stamps found inside units where any fading would be minimal are reddish-orange. And most important, the Signal Corp color was reddish-orange. When yellow fades it fades lighter, not into a deep orange.

OK, sounds like reddish orange is it. Thanks Larry. Paul can you give more information about the source in Berkley. That's a pretty long step from Alabama (in more ways than one). Maybe maker and code number for ink pad. Bound to be somebody who has that color closer to me, or on line. Thanks Kyle for the stamps, and sorry for stepping on your post. Tom Campbell

I would like one of each as well please. Let me know when you have the next batch and I can do PayPal.

As to the color stamped. My GRC-9 has white stamp markings. It is original.

Thanx, Alan

All,
I did get some additional prototypes done based on measured examples and I am going to add the large triangle and regular square (B -259) to the list of available stamps.

I need to resize a mount for the Special K stamp and since it is so large, might be a little more to reproduce.
