Titles read: "NEWS BRIEFS".

Various locations of events.

At a factory in Ohio, United States of America, we see various shots of American army cars or jeeps in production and coming off the assembly lines. Hundreds of jeeps are lined up ready for road tests, then are loaded onto railway box cars and are pulled away by a steam train.

Also in America, we see a royal reunion when Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands / Holland rejoins her daughter Princess Juliana and her two granddaughters, Princess Beatrix and Princess Irene. The Queen took a transatlantic plane to reach the States and stopped off to see the Princesses in their garden before travelling on to Washington to see President Roosevelt.

We then see President Franklin D Roosevelt greeting King Peter of Yugoslavia on his arrival in the USA. They take the salute, then King Peter shakes hands with several people. The King and the President sit and pose together for the cameras.

Union Defence Force. Part of issue LOOK OUT!

Soundtrack is currently missing for this whole issue.

South Africa.

Various shots of soldiers in training. We see them doing exercises, jumping over walls and doing forward rolls with bare chests. Then they seem to be receiving instruction on how to handle a jeep. Several shots of men driving jeeps and tanks over rough and bumpy ground. Some soldiers in a jeep crisscross over the path of a tank in motion.
