Humvee's have a very low CofG and in normal use would be pretty hard to roll, a soft top even more so. I've never even felt uncomfortable in my M1026 with a roof top tent and spare tyre case on the roof. I suspect that a high speed moment on the highway would be more likely to roll it.

I have put I slantback kit on a Humvee that I believed had rolled over. The b-pillar was just pushed to one side slightly. The c-pillar is only used to hold the softtop on and make a door jamb. The beam behind the seat should run from one side of the body to the other.
