It is with heavy hearts that we report MVPA Director Kevin Kronlund of Spooner, Wisconsin was involved in a critical accident while extracting a vehicle from one of his cranberry bogs. As this is written, Kevin is on life support pending the fulfillment of his organ donation wishes.

Kevin joined the MVPA Board of Directors in 2010 and quickly became a strong voice for the hobby and good governance for the Association. Along with a historic military vehicle collection that numbered in the dozens, Kevin served as host at his annual event in Spooner, allowing many to operate HMV’s they’d never experienced. He was active with the Red Arrow and Red Bull military vehicle groups, and involved with several veterans organizations.

At this difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with Kevin, his wife Thea, and their family. We ask the extended MVPA family to remember Kevin’s enthusiastic devotion to the hobby and his generous commitment to those around him.
