Lovely shots REG.....thats NOT an armoured or cavalry recon company..its the recon platoon of the 79th "Cross Of Lorraine" Infantry Division.In that configuration each M8 had as you say 2 supporting Jeeps.

Some great little quirks on those shots and some real early M8s and love those twin jerrycan field expedient mounts.

Not all mate there was a field mod done to cut out the front face or lip of the standard jerrycan holder and place 2 on "edge" rather than flat on the holder.
