I have a used one that's kinda flat. You can have it for $5 plus first class postage in a padded envelope.

They are not exactly the same. There are two hole and 6 hole.

The 6 Hole is not Generic to the CJ-Jeeps it is installed on Late M-38, those M-38's with late engine upgrade and all M-38A1. Not much chance of finding a "6-Bolt" Inspection Cover on a CJ-2A thru CJ-5 4 Cyl.

We all know that. No need to repeat it over and over again.

The man is looking for a panel (as in he does not have one and is needing one). You said they are all the same. I pointed out they are out there in both 2 hole and 6 hole configuration to help him with his shopping and not to get in a tit-for-tat exchange with some goof ball trying to raise his posting count to become king of the G.

Read my post again, Cuz.
"Same for all Willys MB, and CJ-2A up 4 Cyl. Even GPW is the same except for the "F"."
No mention of the Late M-38 or M-38A1-no need to as they donot fit.

[quote]and CJ-2A up 4 Cyl[quote]

We all read your post bud and from what you posted as quoted above CJ2A & up 4 cyl means all universal jeeps with 4 cyl after the CJ2A. You already made military an assumed inclusion by starting your post with the G503 units.

More importantly I wanted him to be aware that he may get offers from sellers that may include oval panels with 6 bolt holes.

Let's leave the post on topic for a change!
