Restored M170s???

Postby TX54M170 » Sat Jan 07, 2012 10:01 am

I am wondering where are the Restored M170s? I was told there is one near Oklahoma city. I live in north TX, just wandering if there are any near us. Would like to go with my some to see one some day...

Thanks,

Bill

Bill,
Visit the AMEDD Museum at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio TX. You'd be hard pressed to find a comparable restoration

Just finished my first one. Stencils is all that is left. Second one to start soon. I've been collecting parts for it all along and it only lacks the stretcher bracket behind the drivers seat. Fort Smith Arkansas.

Finished mine in 1997, only driven it a few hundred miles since. I don't think it's been in the rain more than once since then. (OHIO)
