Hello, I am trying to find information on Korean war era rebuilds of WW II Jeeps, that included the installation of later gear drive Willys factory engines. Thanks Ed

The Gear Drive L-134 engine along with the larger 8 1/2" Clutch is listed in the Post War October 1949 ORD9 SNL G-503. Lawrence Nabholtz comments on the post war in the MB/GPW. I believe Bob Westermans CJ-3A book also includes some information.
