November 11, 2011 - Petaluma Veterans Day Parade, biggest on the North Coast with dozens of MVs including armor.

Greetings Everyone, Its that time of year to come out and support our hero veterans of our nation. November 11th Petaluma vets hall 1094 Petaluma Blvd South, is the meeting place for our military vehicle rally point 10:30-11:00am. mingle and pick up veterans to drive a short distance to side streets then stage for a grand parade downtown streets of Petaluma. vehicles attend with flyovers of warbirds. 1:00pm parade with ceremony @ walnut park at end of Parade. Please bring a veteran if you know of one that would like to be a part of this. Their is a hot dog and soda lunch back at vets hall with the bar being open to socialize with the vets, See Military Vehicles up close.

The North Bay Club had it's meeting and discussed some of the details of the Parade, 7 warbirds & 4 Helicopters commited, with 40+ military Vehicles on the Roster so far, staging area is still Vets building. Seems that we are near the end of the Parade this Year.

The Veteran's Day Parade will be on come rain or shine. Vinnie Lamica will be waiting for you at the Petaluma Veteran's building, upper parking lot at 11:00 am this
Friday.
Just in case, Vinnie suggests you bring a tarp to cover your vehicle while you wait for the parade to start. Also, don't forget to bring rain gear for yourself and any passengers.
If you are interested in stopping for breakfast walk over to Mr Moms across the street from hall.
Lets keep our fingers for sunshine.
