For sale:
This is a bracket which bolts to the inside of the windshield and I think secures some portion of the top bows for a CJ2A.
Original in nice condition.

These are attached to the two studs on the inner CJ-2A Windshield, their purpose is to store the two Horizontal Bows, the other bow components are stored in brackets usually found on the drivers side over the rear wheel.
