[code[/code] I have GPW #3885, DOD 3/11/42, can someone tell me which Ford plant it would have come from? Thanks guys

That data plate may or may not be original to the door and the door may or may not be original to the tub and the tub may or may not be original to the frame.
However, if you post a clear pic of the FRAME number that shows where on the top of the frame rail it is stamped....Tom will probably see this and from that plus the data plate can give you some more info on this jeep.
Pop rivets were not used by Ford/Willys to secure the data plates....

I have a VEP Ford assembly in Dearborn plant with original plate. The serial number it's almoste the some.
