Hey, who's that sneakin' up on this unsuspecting GI? Not sure that is a regulation uniform...Unless this might be Iceland?

Polar,
That photo is indeed taken in Iceland. There are many photos which show strange early uniforms and clothing
in Iceland in 1941 when the US Marines can there (later Army) to take over Garrisson role. I have been told that
the US Army sent 4 Bantams to Iceland to the British to test in winter operation.
