1942 Ford GPW

Post by WP1 » Sun Jan 22, 2017 5:14 am

I just bought this GPW serial 90771. The previous owner said it had been a Navy Jeep and there's evidence it was. There's lots of gray paint left inside, on the combat rims, spare tire carrier etc. I'll try to uncover hood numbers this week and update. The guy had the Jeep since 1982 and before him the local Ford dealership owner had it as his daily driver. Also it's all matching numbers so it hasn't been molested too much over the years.
