MB 367484 & MB 367485

Post by blitz67 » Tue Oct 25, 2016 3:55 pm

Last January I bought MB/MZ 367485 down in Las Vegas, I am slowing restoring it. Today I brought home MZ 367484 from Northern California.

No data plates and it has a hurricane engine, the frame has been cut in a few places, but all very neatly done and easily returned to original, I think the frame horns are also salvageable. I'll get the body and axles numbers today, Has the cut out in the glove box, generator hole has been welded up and there is a replacement rear panel, all appear to be Depot done and not civilian. Here are a few more pictures. I hope I can get some numbers off this one, but it has a coat of yellow paint under the primer under the white.

Farrell, you have me as having 367486, I have 367484 and 367485. The front seal was made from the original MZ back seat frame and a cut down standard seat pan, I think I can save the MZ seat.
