The one to the right is most likely a Bosch magneto. You would have to chase the model number to determine engine useage unless you pull the cover and count terminals. The other unit looks to be some kind of electric driven high pressure pump. A good shot of the tag on the upper left corner should yield some clues.

The bottom unit may be a flap control unit? looks hydraulic, and was thinking of a V12 fuel injector pump (12 ports there), but closer look it has two banks with either a sensor on each bank, or controller wired in, so perhaps an aerilon control unit in an aircraft. (B17, B29, B47 B52?) Or just a darn backhoe control box....what's the data tag say?

Edit after the below revelation: fits no the bottom of the engine, several on e-bay (or were), here's one pic:http://i.ebayimg.com/images/i/161910095 ... -l1000.jpg

The Jumo 211 was an inverted, V-12 used in the Ju-87, Ju-88, Ta-154, He-111 and various other aircraft. Roughly a 34 litre, 1000-1500 hp motor.
