Somebody asked me if we should include maintenance tricks and tips. Not in this chart, but if you want to post something like that we won't consider it a hijack but let's not get off on a big tangent. I will save any tips mentioned and might create a similar chart for them later. Or you can.

Spark plugs... Anyone out there have a good cross over for that, or a supplier?
John, as we restore our friend's M-20 I will try to contribute what I can.
Thanks,

John,
As you know we are having brake issues with the M-20 we are working on. We isolated the Master cylinder and bench tested it, no good. The owner gave us a spare in a box with napa number on the outside of it. Unfortunately when we put about 12 pounds of pressure on it, all the fluid leaked out :( So I went to NAPA online with that part number... and it looks exactly the same as the one that came off!
It will be ready for pick up on Tuesday, so I should be able to give you a report Tues/Wens night. All we need now is brakes and a local farmer gave us his fields to play in in order to put it through it's paces.
This crossover chart has been a huge enabler with this project. It has helped us to no end; here is a picture of what your efforts helped to accomplish. I will start a seperate thread once we are done to show the progress.

Thanks again,
Brian

What was on it - original Wagner, Record, NAPA????

A crossover chart is most useful when there is a lot of content. Thanks to you and others for your contributions! No doubt many people have tidbits of information filed away in their shop or computer that will flesh it out even more. Things like wheel bearings and other axle parts, engine accessories that don't carry the part numbers as per the manuals but are identical, wheel cylinders, filister head screws, etc.

Here are some photos of a NOS brake cylinder. Excuse the paper cosmolined onto it. I hope you take photos of your NAPA unit and post them for comparison. Also see some parts from the Record-brand kit G176.73 - 49775. Piston is 1.75". I am not sure if these French parts interchange with the original Wagner. Anybody know? I have photos of a Record cylinder around here somewhere.

Updated chart with this plus some zenith 29 carb info - am wondering if Scout Car zenith 29 kit is completely right for G136/176. Anybody try one? Jets same?

Scout Cars had 2, very different Zenith carburetors, on them.
Early and late..............
The most often found, is the Zenith Model 29
