WTD - Scrap body parts

Post by DavidA » Wed Jan 31, 2018 9:28 am

Looking for a donor to the rear corner lips at the top of the body quarters. From the rear panel to about 8" or so. Since I don't have the tub in front of me, lets say...from the straight section to the rear panel joint on each side.

Otherwise we gotta make them.

PM me.
Dave

Boy do I miss Mike's

I do believe you'll need to get them from an ACM Type I tub as I think the GPW/Ford tubs have a slightly different construction method. That will narrow the options down for salvaging those corner turns.

Still looking for the pieces. Jay made a great offer but the place is a million miles from nowhere for him and me. So...

Would pay the postage if someone had a sawzall and the time.
