March 45 MB motor wanted

Looking for a 45 MB motor in the cast date range of 3-16 to 3-24. Here is a serial number range for reference 576750-577250. That range was given to me for casts dates of 5-20 to 5-24. If you have cast date in the range I am looking for and a serial number lower then 576750 I would be interested. This is for a 3/28/1945 MB. For the right price I would even take a generator set with the correct motor in it or even a project with the correct motor in it. I could always use the rest of the project for other things or sell off the rest of the project to make some money back.

Have had a motor with 3-27 cast date and 3-31 come up so no luck. What is the cast date on side of the motor? Thanks for the reply!

If you don't have any luck I have a late '44 MB block that is available. I think it's in the 496XXX range. The exact serial number is posted in the motor exchange thread.

Still looking. I found one as a last resort (Thank you Nick Peters!!) but its in the UK. If I can find one in the states it will be much easier and cheaper.
