Gpw spring U bolts (rear axle)

Looking for the F script u bolts for the rear axle. Set of 4 if possible.

Hi Rob,

There were two different length u-bolts used on the rear of the GPW. You are going to have to tell us how many spring leaves are in the spring pack assemblies or give the serial number of your GPW.

The serial number is 64669, dod 9/11/42.

Hi Rob R,

You are looking for ( as supplied by Ford at the time of assembly ) part number GPW 5705-B. All four rear u-bolts ( called - Chips in the parts books ) were the same and two of these were also used when the GPW was equipped with the torque reaction spring assembly. The Willys part number was W-O A-575.

, I'm a little confused now that I looked at the numbers in my 44versionbof snlg503. To me it looks like WO A575 cross references to FM GPW 5705. Both parts are called clips, but one is the mount of springs to the axle (what I need) and the other I think is the wrap around the spring leafs. Am I reading this right?

Thanks, I copied from two different adjoining lines . The correct GPW number is GPW-5705-B.
