Wiring harness GPW/MB

Post by jeepjop » Mon May 23, 2016 1:16 pm

Anyone out there have a GPW/MB complete wiring harness for sale? Maybe you have one on the shelf from a project you sold or have one bought for a project you haven't gotten to and need some cash?

Just thought I'd ask and look for a deal before calling up the dealer. Never know if you don't ask.

All of the wiring harnesses are not the same. Do you have an early or late, Ford or Willys? A little more info needs to be given.

The jeep is currently mostly a 43 GPW. It's a pure of motor pool mix so I'll take what I can get and adapt accordingly.

Hi mate,

I might have one. It was in my 44 GPW when i got it. It had been replaced with a repro from the original at some time, my guess in the 90's. I havent paid much attention to it regarding correctness/early/late/dual stop lights etc.

I need to get it out of the box and check how complete it is. It would be the main harness and some of the smaller pieces, but i am not sure how complete. Probably looking for somewhere around $100>150AU plus post depending on how complete it is.

If interested, i will check but it might be a week or 2 if you can wait?

Cheers,
Ian.
