Here is one problem I had before. Out of the ten that say "I'll take one", half of them will come up with an excuse when the time comes to fork over the cash to withdraw. You all know almost 4 grand $$ is a lot of money to put out there on speculation. I have my radiator done, and what little profit I will make on them, worth it ?? I even sold a couple on a payment plan, especially to our heroes, the Military men and women, 4 months to pay. I'm mainly doing this to help people who can't find a decent core. I know I went through that myself. I will more than likely take the plunge and order 10 and see what happens. Most of the time as people we like to take people at their word, but those days are almost over. I try to honor my word, but there are so times and circumstances that make that impossible. But I try.
Have a Great Life Fellows and enjoy it, you're not going to get a second one.

There was a topic here on the G503 where a G'er showed step by step how to do it. Maybe someone here will chime in with the topic address???

Here is one of the sample reproduction cores they just sent me. I just have the one for right now so the first I'll take it and who follows through will get it. The remaining 9 will follow within 10 days. $400 plus the shipping. Check out the pictures, missing center tube, angle cut front vertical edges, and angled rows of tubes. Some fins on edges may need to be combed some to straighten after they were cut.
