M2 Decontaminator
I am looking for the M2 Decontaminator with bracket for my jeep. I have several different types of parts for trade.

one is the rare badger type
has original box, dated 44 bracket and funnel as well as mounting screws, has a slight spot of storage rust but is brand new. 1000,00 euro
the other is a general, brand new with funnel, screws and the very early mounting bracket with one leafe shaped clip, this one has no box, 900,00 euro.
i know not cheap but so far i got this from collectors worldwide 9 and try to fijnd one NOS
i had 45 of them..

Wow.
I have several in great condition at the museum. We are keeping the ones with double strap brackets and painted labels still in the boxes.
I have a beat one and nice one for sale, not including the one I just put on everyone's favorite auction site.
I fear I've been letting them go for too cheap. This is a pic of ones I am currently negotiating a deal on.

Okay...
I've sold replicas -- modified, period FEs -- of the GD and F-F M2s for $75-$100 here on G503 over the years (more with bracket, and more still with an original WW2 bracket). Re-decaled originals for $100-$150.
As a rule of thumb, I look at what a modern, quality reproduction goes for (100% replica GD M2s are $200 without a bracket). An original in that condition should probably start at that amount. Personally, I wouldn't put an NOS unit on a vehicle. It would sit in a display case next to the $100 drain plug wrench and $100 Grease Gun "Fire Hose" Adapter...

Re: M2 Decontaminator
Prices are what people have in mind and pocket to psy i remember i paid 200 usd for an original lubechart plus holder in nice condition back in 1985
Everyone said i was crazy fact is i have found no other original lubechart in all years up to now and got paid 1000.00 euro for the one i bought in 1985 fact is people will tell the guy who bought it he is crazy just luke they told me another fact is thete where 3 collectors in a row for it.... what's in a price
Everyone has his own price in mind and has different money in the pocket i would pay more for that last wrench for my kit to complete it then someone else does if i win a lottery or do have big cash i would more easely spend more on a disireable piece so value is a relative thing
