Zeph...I believe you are looking for a TOBE 1107-DE filtrette cover.....not the DEG, but the DE with a screw that is not threaded, it is a turn-to-lock style closure:

Thank you, Chuck. I figured it will be difficult to find a cover, but thought I better start somewhere to see if one is out there in search of a home. In the photo of the TOBE cover you posted, it appears that the filterette is painted, or at least the bottom tab looks to be OD. Can anyone confirm that the fiterette is typically painted OD? if so, that will keep me busy cleaning it and getting it painted whilst I look for a replacement cover. If I can't find one, I may be able to make a replacement cover until I do so. It doesn't look like it is easily seen under the dash. Should be okay unless I get pulled over by the Jeep Police. :lol:
