Sorry to bump up this old thread, but I'd be interested in a copy used or new as well, but for cheaper than 200$ :P

Anyone have an idea where I could find one our side of the ocean?

Any differences between the reprint and the original? I just picked one up, I dont see any info saying its a second edition or copyright info or anything on it. It looks identical to the one I got like 20 years ago

This book never gets obsolete, it is always current.

The orginal one is yellow inn color With black lettering (front cover text) and has less information and thinner total of 172 pages inn French and German text
First edition printed inn 1984 inn Luxenburg
The revisided Version has 468 pages and a lot more info 8)

It says on the 2nd page : 1st Edition printed in 1994 though.

Other than the preface, it's all in french from what I could see this morning before leaving for work.

It does have 468 pages.

Great book :)

Paid 50$ for it, wouldn't pay more however, most of the info is available in other books.
