Need a footbasket for your mule?

Post by Auto Shop teacher » Mon Dec 18, 2017 3:53 am

There is one for sale now on ebay right now, but it's gonna cost you. https://www.ebay.com/itm/M274-Mule-Foot ... 0290.m3507

The seller must have watched the last mule sell high and decided he had some precious metal in his back yard. I have bought an entire mule less engine for less than that...

Chuck, both Lance, Charles and I have bought mule parts from your tow bar seller and his prices on the other items were reasonable. What shocks me on the footbasket guy is that he wants $550 for a USED footbasket, and $87.00 shipping on top of that. Gotta pass on that 'bargain'.

Well, that foot basket does have all the controls, which are the really hard to find pieces, but still seems a little high. Last tow bar I bought was $100.
