Engine Cover Build (need dimensions of hole placement)

Post by schil123 » Sun Nov 05, 2017 3:09 am

I am attempting to build a replica of the engine cover for my latest Mule, which was missing the cover. Would someone take the time for me and measure the hole, dimensions of hole placement at the rear of the cover.

Thank You,

Chad

3/4" birch plywood works well. Use a router to make the grooves on top and relief cuts on bottom (so it lays flat). Once painted it is hard to distinguish from an original without close inspection.

It looks like this thread needs to be moved to the M274 Technical forum now.

Excellent job on the engine cover dimensions!
