Gun mount support kit
Does anyone have photos of what the gun mount looks like under the bed? Either home made or USGI

Re: Gun mount support kit
What a beautiful piece of work.
I obtained a pdf file for manual TM 9-2320-246-34P and didn't see anything regarding the M274.
Could the TM be wrong or have I had too many Bud's

Re: Gun mount support kit
I notice several welds so I guess more brackets or support brackets are on the bottom. Do you have a picture showing the bottom?

TM 9-2320-246-34P is correct.
This mount is for the recoilless rifle, if you plan to mount a machine gun pintle, you will have to make your own adapter, machine guns were never mounted on mules.

I ordered this mount support from John Emery. He's really a nice person to do business with and extremely helpful. The picture is what sold me.

Re: Gun mount support kit
$425 but had to add another $75 for UPS.
The price still beats the $900 I found somewhere else.

Re: Gun mount support kit
This is coincidental... I've been busy and haven't logged into the site in a while, but did tonight and saw the thread of the gun mount. Also, today, I was moving some stuff around in the barn and fell over ( really ) the gun mount which I removed from my Mule. I really don't want it, and would be agreeable to get rid of it.
So, I haven't posted any pictures in a long time, and am not sure i remember how, so I'll try one. If the picture shows up, i will post a few more of the gun mount.
I'll log off, wait a while, then come back to see if my picture appears.
Take care,

Re: Gun mount support kit
Hey, sorry for the delay. I was going to sell this some time ago, but didn't, for a reason that I don't remember. I definitely will never use it, so I should get rid of it, before I get any more sore knees from running into it.
I did use the brackets ( to mount my battery box ) which had attached the mount to the Mule frame, but the rest is available. I was/am not able to post pictures on this forum, but would be happy to email them to you. I haven't bought/sold a lot of Mule parts, what is it worth? It is heavy, so I imagine freight would not be cheap.

Okay, I'll dig out the pictures and send them to you.
I can ship via either UPS or the USPS. Both have shipping point in the next town north of me, they are located in Henrietta, NY. ( 14467 or 14623 )
