This vessel has been our recreational liveaboard for the last 5 years on the west coast of Florida. Prior to us, she was a waterfront condo for about 4 yrs.. She is currently 2 bedroom, stacking washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove and oven. 2 cold roof air units, and portable A/C below deck. Some plumbing for heads but not completed. She is a project which can be completed by new owner or contract some of the welding out.
Her maiden voyage as recreational vessel, under her own power, was moving from downtown to the beach...served us well as a nice dwelling at Matanzas Pass Bridge with a million dollar view. At 40 Tons, she is very stable. Flat bottom with a 26" draft... We decided to have the bottom inspected and repairs completed. She was taken to Glades Boat Storage, under her own power. The bottom was last done about 13 years ago. It needs the bottom refurbished and amenities completed. Some repairs are completed. Glades allows owners to perform their own repairs and can stay on her while the project is being completed. A coat of Corroseal primer is being used to seal off rust. Have been welding on the hull, where she currently is on blocks. Most of the equipment/tools for the repair go with this boat. Health issues are keeping me from completing. My loss is your gain. Wire-feed Welder, grinders, Air tools and 60gl compressor included.
Would make a great mobile workboat, suited us well as liveaboard in a local marina.
Asking $25,000 as is, where is...Bring all offers. Will entertain a possible trade to a downsized trawler. Thanks for looking.

She was being used as a waterfront condo. We got the engines going and took her to Ft Myers Beach as a Comfortable Liveaboard. When the bottom needed repairs, we drove her to Glades. When the bottom is completed, she can be splashed and the rest of project completed wherever you take her, while afloat..
