Weasel pricing really varies based on condition, completeness, and is if a swimmer with all the swim parts etc. I would say a runner with decent usable tracks will be around $7-25K without knowing more.

M116 would go for around $18-25K if in good working condition. The last one I know of was the one from the Mattos estate and it had a asking price of $25K including NOS parts such as windshield, engine, and swim veins/skirts. I think it was serial #2 if I recall correctly.

My fully restored weasel swimmer sold for $33K. I've seen fully restored M116 Huskies sell for $22K.

I agree with above. Running is different than "Fully restored". We really need more info to get a better value.

a "runner" can be full of rust. A "runner" can be repowered, or bubba'd up with some pretty darn difficult to fix things done to it.
