I Need help ID these parts

need help identifying the "date" and if they are slat grill parts or not
1st the bell housing, 4 pictures 1 shows date but no year. there is no 1/4 hole for ebrake cable, one pictures shows part number

2nd the heads is the blue head a slat grill head? and what time period is the rusty on from?

The addition of the 1/4" threaded hole in the BH to secure the cable was an early 1942 change....later on a raised boss for the threaded hole was added to the BH.

If the photo of "12-24" is from the BH then it would be (December 24th) 1941 and certainly a viable Slat item.

slat grill heads do not have letter "C" in casting number string, regardless of "W" number value...

I place the blue Head at OCT 42 and the rusty head at NOV 42...( if I read the cast dates right...)
