Ian:Ian Fawbert wrote: Joe, do you have an info which suggests if the pulley changed at one stage? (I'm not saying it did, just not sure). I wonder as Fred said to at least 1943, but as we know, the commonly available info (SNL's) after 1943 can have mistakes. So, I guess, if it didn't change, all MB's, or at least up to early 1943 based on the parts lists reference to 638113, used a stamped pulley- or isn't it that simple? Cheers and thanks for the help so far! Ian.
A point of clarification. I stated "up to early 1943" solely because I happened to grab a Willys Parts List dated 1 April 1943. after I found 638113 listed in a December 1941 Willys MB Parts List. I made no attempt to look at later parts lists, Ord 9's or SNLs to see how long it stayed in the jeep supply system. I simply limited my statement up to the date on the MB parts list I grabbed at random.
