Slat and standard MB fenders the same?

Post by macaddict23 » Sun Mar 31, 2013 10:51 pm

I searched the forum, and I did not find anything on this topic. Other the air deflectors, are the slat fenders the same as the standard MB's?

Thanks!
Dex

Hi mate,

I'd say with the exception of:

- the blackout light holes (mounting for guard and the factory hole for the wiring)
- the early round tinning points (especially for the light harness ground) versus the later squared off tinning.

They are the same!

Be keen to hear others thoughts. I am pretty tired from a big weekend rally, so may have forgotten some bits! I'll keep thinking.

Cheers,
Ian.

Thanks, Ian. I totally forgot about the black out light on the fender.
