Why do you want to mount that on your bumper?

Re: WTB: REAR BUMPER TOW HITCH EXTENSION
I have the rhino on my bumper and have no issues towing the m1102 with a 37" tire on it. The rhino comes with a small separate bracket that holds the carrier in the closed position. There is a taller version of this to raise the rack slightly. It works perfect.
I personally just dont like seeing things sticking that far out from a vehicle so low and painted black. Just asking for someone to walk into it at night or drive into it... like in a parking lot.

Re: WTB: REAR BUMPER TOW HITCH EXTENSION
With the extension, the pintle is only maybe 5 inches past the tire. The end of the tire is flush with the end of the extension without the pintle.
I tow an m101a2 which is slightly lower tires, I think 32 instead on 37 but I also want that hunk of steel to give me even more protection in case of getting hit in the back by the idiots here where I live. I think Louisiana has the highest uninsured motorists in the US. Have already had an idiot hit my civy durango with my hitch and riser plate who got too close. His grill/radiator did not do well. My trailer light connector got bent
I also use it as step up into the rear for old people
